Nancy Handrigan (’92), Executive Director of Philanthropy, and a hardy crew of Acadia alumni braved a powerful Nor-easter on Thursday, March 22, 2018 to enjoy the second annual Italian-style Family Dinner, hosted once again by Class of 1968 alumni Tony and Kathy Cicerone.
The Annual Acadia Alumni Florida Luncheon took place on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Rosedale Golf and Country Club in Lakewood Ranch. A good crowd of Acadia alumni and friends were on hand and delighted to welcome Acadia's new President, Dr. Peter Ricketts, to Florida.

Ruth Hennigar (’81) knows the value of a degree in STEM. In 2015, she created an award to support young women, who like herself, want to attend Acadia to pursue a degree in computer science.
A long-awaited degree in computer science and meeting her fellow grads inspired Tracey McGillivray ('15) to create a scholarship for female student-athletes in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Ian Murray (’88), Executive Director of Alumni Affairs at Acadia, touched down in Freeport, Bahamas on Friday, March 2, 2018 to cap a series of successful Caribbean meet-and-greet events.
