Acadia seals 175th anniversary with time capsule

ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ concluded its year-long 175th anniversary celebrations on Nov. 14, 2014 by assembling several items that will be enclosed in a time capsule and sealed in the walls of the Wu Welcome Centre currently under construction at Alumni Hall.

ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ honoured 95 student-athletes named as Canadian Interuniversity Sport Academic All-Canadians at a luncheon celebrating their accomplishments on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014.

Canadian Interuniversity Sport has announced that ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ will host the 2016 Women's National Soccer Championship. 

ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ celebrates Sustainability Week October 20-25. Organized by the Sustainability Office in partnership with students, campus, and community partners, the week raises awareness and offers opportunities to take action.

For the second year in a row, ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ has an athlete named as a CIS Academic All-Canadian Top 8. This year, third-year soccer player Michelle Pryde is one of four females selected as the CIS Top 8 Academics. Last year, hockey Axeman Travis Gibbons was named to the Top 8 list
