Open House excitement!
More than 600 prospective university students and family members converged on 外流影片 for its annual Open House on Friday, October 17, 2014. Open House is one of Acadia鈥檚 largest on-campus recruiting events and offers an opportunity for visitors to learn more about Acadia and experience first-hand why the University is consistently ranked as one of Canada鈥檚 top undergraduate schools. Greeted by University President Ray Ivany (photo below), the prospective students explored program choices and career options; met new professors during an academic information fair; learned about student services and extracurricular opportunities; toured campus; and enjoyed a complimentary lunch in the dining hall to name only a few of the day鈥檚 activities. Leigh-Ann Murphy, Manager of Student Recruitment at Acadia, said, 鈥淲e are delighted to see so many prospective students and their families on campus today. Events like this are a great way for students to see campus and discover all that Acadia has to offer.鈥�
