The Acadia Axewomen became the 2019 AUS women’s basketball champions for second consecutive year this Sunday!

MSc. Grad, Laura MacNeal, discovered sail-backed dimetrodon footprints in P.E.I. National Park this past May. Dimetrodons lived 100 million years before dinosaurs!

Sisters of Science (SOS), a robotics team from Kingston, was recognized for their innovative project at Acadia’s annual Robot Programming Competition. The all-female team developed a project that could help female astronauts stay longer in space.

FoodByte Co-founders, Acadia student Dougal Armour and Acadia alum Mathew Winchester saw a great business opportunity in light of new food safety regulations in Canada. After conducting some research, they partnered up to work on a food safety software site designed to help food safety consultants and food processors find easier ways to develop safety plans.
