Join Melanie Priesnitz, Conservation Horticulturist, and step away from your computer and get your hands dirty in the greenhouse at the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre. Drop in anytime between 12-1 for a casual chat with colleagues and a cup of nourishing sweetfern tea. Participants are invited to get their hands dirty and pot up a new plant for office or home. You are welcome to bring your lunch and eat amongst the plants. Research from the Canadian Horticultural Therapy association shows that offices containing living plants are healthier, happier, and more productive places to work!
