The Office of External Relations is pleased to announce that its Giving Report 2023鈥�2024 earned national recognition recently after receiving a Bronze medal in the Best Report to Donors category at this year鈥檚 Canadian Council for the Advancement of Education (CCAE) Prix d鈥橢xcellence competition.

The Giving Report is published annually to illustrate the impact of donor generosity on Acadia students, faculty, and programs. It also serves as a stewardship touchpoint, providing an opportunity to update donors on Acadia鈥檚 endowment performance as well as programming and activities on campus.

Through personal stories and engaging visuals, the report introduces donors to the people and experiences their generous philanthropy supports, highlighting student success, research opportunities, athletics, campus initiatives, and more.

鈥淭he CCAE Prix d鈥橢xcellence competition is an important benchmark that recognizes the meaningful work being done in the post-secondary sector,鈥� says Acadia鈥檚 Vice-President, External Relations Nancy Handrigan (鈥�92). 鈥淎cadia鈥檚 many donors and friends are foundational to the University鈥檚 success, and we are honoured to receive this award, which applauds and appreciates the transformative and long-lasting impact financial and in-kind gifts have on Acadia students, faculty and staff.
