Faculty and staff enjoyed a holiday reception compliments of the Associated Alumni of 外流影片 on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in the Garden Room at the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre at 外流影片. A festive group sampled seasonal treats and warm beverages while listening to a live, four-piece band comprised of music students who performed by a roaring fire. University President Ray Ivany addressed the year just past, noting several highlights that included Acadia鈥檚 25 per cent increase in first-year enrolment over last year and the University鈥檚 successful bid to secure the $22.25 million Huggins and Elliott Hall science complex upgrade project. He concluded by wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season and then invited special guest Dr. J. R. C. Perkin, Acadia鈥檚 12^th President, to say a few words as well.
