Individuals applying to become registered proctors with ÍâÁ÷ӰƬ must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. Additionally, relatives, colleagues, friends, and partners are not eligible to serve as proctors:

• Fluent in written and verbal English; 
• A professor or instructor at a recognized public post-secondary institution or; 
• A full-time employee of a recognized public or private post-secondary institution or; 
• A full-time administrative or professional staff member of a public library, the library of a public post-secondary institution, or the library in a public school or; 
• A full-time administrative or faculty staff member of a public or private elementary or secondary school or; a human resources professional who works in an HR department or; 
• A ranking officer of the Canadian or other Armed Forces or; an official at an embassy or consulate office.
