Emergency Alerts: What You Need to Know

Your safety is our top priority. We want you to receive the information you need so that you know how it affects you. We also want to avoid uncertainty, anxiety and worry for everyone.

There are two emergency notification systems you should know about:

  1. Acadia ALERT sends emails and optional text messages with emergency or closure information specific to our campus.
  1. Provincial emergency alerts are automatically sent to your phone and cover a wider area than Wolfville and the 外流影片 campus.

Our campus community will be informed immediately through our Acadia ALERT system if a risk arises requiring your action on campus. We will provide detailed information on how to proceed if that happens.

  • We understand that the current evacuation notices issued by the province may be causing concern. These evacuation notices do not indicate imminent danger for Wolfville or the 外流影片 campus.

Sign up for Acadia鈥檚 Emergency ALERT notifications and monitor the links below for the latest information and guidance.

Be in the know: Acadia ALERT Notification System
