Acadia economist wins major award
Berkeley Electronic Press (bepress) named Burc Kayahan of 外流影片 the winner of this year鈥檚 Kenneth J. Arrow Prize for Junior Economists for his article 鈥淭he Impact of Aggregate and Sectoral Fluctuations on Training Decisions,鈥 which was published in The B.E. Journal of Macroeconomics and co-authored with Vincenzo Caponi (Ryerson University, IZA & RCEA) and Miana Plesca (University of Guelph).
Kayahan鈥檚 work was voted by economics experts from around the world as the best paper published in bepress economics journals in 2010 by a junior scholar. Named for renowned economist and Nobel laureate Kenneth J. Arrow, the Arrow Prizes are awarded annually to recognize outstanding contributions to the field.
